Our specialised assessments generate your unique PAM Life Score   , providing a 360-view of your wellbeing which helps you and your coach orient towards effective goal setting. The assessments enable us spot the ways you may be unevenly developing in the primary areas of your individual wellbeing; nutrition, health, fitness and mind.

STEP 2

CONNECT WITH A COACH FOR
YOUR TAILORED PLAN

Upon registering with PAM Life, you'll be invited to an introductory consultation with one of our coaches. This is typically held in the first 1-2 days after registration and can be conducted via audio or video call (your preference). We'll take this time to learn about you and discuss the programme, then book another session in 1-2 weeks to review some initial observations for your tailored wellbeing plan.

STEP 3

TAKE ACTION AND TRACK PROGRESS

We break down your plan to smaller, manageable ‘tracks’ – which typically last between 1-3 months. While you’re working on your personalised plan, you can use the app to stay on course and check in with your coach for ongoing support and motivation. At the end of your track, we take stock, arrange a catch-up consultation with a coach and set a plan for the next track.
