Casper has experience with athletes across a variety of sports providing psychological support and advice. His CV includes being an NHS wellbeing facilitator providing wellbeing and health support to individuals who are at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. Following a positive psychology philosophy, Casper aims to educate, encourage and guide individuals to develop and sustain positive health behaviours.
