Can my membership be placed on hold?

Do you want to put your membership on hold?

​You can pause your membership for 1, 2 or 3 months.

Monthly PAM Life membership plans can be placed on hold for up to three months at any given time. While on hold, your membership fee won't be charged to your credit card, but you will also not receive any coaching, or free access to PAM Life digital tools.

Tip: Annual PAM Life memberships cannot be put on hold.

Do you want to put your membership on hold?

Monthly PAM Life membership plans can be placed on hold for up to three months. If you need more time after your account resumes from that hold, you may request another hold so long as you have at least one paid month of membership between holds. 

Example: If you put your membership on hold for three months, it ends, and your first billing date is 15 February; you may place your account on another hold again any time after 15 February. 

While on hold, you will not receive any coaching or have free access to PAM Life wellness tools. 

How can I end my membership pause early?

To end your membership pause early, follow these steps:

  1. Go to pamlife.co.uk

  2. Go to your Account Details page.

  3. Click the Resume membership button in the ''Your membership'' section.

  4. Click Yes.
