We get a clear understanding of people through our Wellness Assessment and a one-on-one motivational interview with a wellness coach. We then create a custom Personal Wellness Map which is delivered through the PAM Life app. Our team of wellness coaches then supports the member towards their goal, adjusting and updating the plan over time if needed.
PAM Life combines areas of wellness to give us a more comprehensive, balanced, and precise view of overall wellness. The Personal Wellness Map is a useful tool for seeing your individual wellness.

STEP 1: DISCOVER
The starting point for PAM Life is the Wellness Test. That's because it determines which areas you are strong in and which you need improvement. The four primary areas of your individual wellbeing are: Nutrition, health, fitness, and mind.
Your Personal Wellness Map provides a big-picture view which can help you and your coach orient towards effective goal setting. This helps us spot the ways you may be unevenly developed.
STEP 2: EXPLORE
CONNECT WITH A COACH: MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING
A key step in your coaching is motivational interviewing. A coach will ask open-ended questions intended to help understand your own reasons for change. A coach will help you determine which areas you are strong in and which you need improvement and identify priorities in your own attempts to eat well, move well, live well and just be well.
After talking to a wellness coach you will have a clear plan and the motivation you need to start to take action.
STEP 3: BECOME
TAKE ACTION AND TRACK PROGRESS
PAM Life combines direct wellness coaching with a suite of in-app digital wellness tools to support you and our coaches in working together to find the best approaches to achieving your wellness goals your way. Your coach will suggest the best tools for you to use to achieve your goals.
